Milliner can tackle, he has shutdown speed and the kind of hip fluidity you look for at the pro level. The Jets needed a guy who could be a starting corner from day one and if he bounces back from shoulder surgery and gets into training camp, he'll be that player. The Jets didn't reach for a QB and made a wise choice at number nine.
