South Carolina Election 2013 Results: Sanford Takes The Lead

8:02 With 28% of the vote reporting Elizabeth Colbert Busch is down against Mark Sanford 49.1% to 50.4%. Sanford has taken a lead in Berkeley County, one of his strongholds. But Charleston County has its results coming in, which is a Colbert Busch Stronghold.

However with only 28% of the vote in things could change wildly. Still it is a surprising early result and another plot twist in the wild ride that this special election has been for us political junkies.
