Who is Mark Thompson? The Republican's Key Witness For Benghazi

One of the witnesses that the House Republican have called to testify is Gregory Hicks. Hicks is the former Deputy Chief of Mission in the US Embassy in Libya and has come out with a story of his own, which House Republicans are eager to get into the news.

On CBS News’s “Face The Nation,” Hicks claims, "I thought it was a terrorist attack from the get-go. I think everybody in the mission thought it was a terrorist attack from the beginning."

Hicks also claims that a team of Special Forces was prepared to fly from Tripoli to Benghazi was forbidden to do so by U.S. Special Operations Command Africa.
