In a sign that the police are not only the protectors of the human public but the animal kingdom as well, the Portland Police Bureau released a dash cam video of what starts out as a normal speeding pursuit but turns into something quite unexpected. Roughly 30 seconds in is when the main action starts. Officer Mark James gets in touch with his kinder side after an unexpected encounter with a family of ducks.
