Apple Tim Cook Congress Hearing Time: A Three Part Hearing

The Senate hearing involving Tim Cook and Apple's off-shore tax strategy has many in the tech world on edge and tuning into C-Span for the first time in quite a while. But they may be slightly disappointed as the Apple CEO is not expected to speak until later in the hearings.

The hearings are being broken up into three parts and Tim Cook is expected to start his testimony in the second part of today's hearings on Apple's tax loophole strategy.
