LA Election Results: Yep, They're Still Counting

The good news is that the first ground of results from in-person voting started to trickle in on Los Angeles City Clerk results page. The bad news is that it is 25 precincts. Out of 1,601.

This is probably going to be a long night for election junkies.

The new information was not enough to shift the vote totals however, with Wendy Greuel still ahead of Eric Garcetti, 50.90% to 49.09%. Given how long it is taking for the votes to be counted, outgoing Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa may have to serve a few extra days until the votes are counted.
