Guantanamo Bay Hunger Strikes: Gitmo is an Embarrassment According to Obama

President Obama said that the United States is committed to prosecuting terrorists whenever they can, but acknowledged complete failure of Guantanamo Bay. 

Calling it a bipartisan issue, President Obama outlined the financial, political, and diplomatic costs of Congress' prevention of the closing of the detention camp. A member of the audience interrupted President Obama amidst applause blaming him for not doing enough to close the camp. 

He outlined the processes and policies, that also included Yemeni detainees, and insisted that judicial review will be available for every detainee and promised returning innocent detainees to their countries.
