Tropical Storm Andrea Update: Has Made Landfall in Tampa Bay Area

From Weather.com Meteorologist Jonathan Erdman: 

"Radar image shows dry air punching into central Florida, including the Tampa metro area. Heaviest rain now over east-central/south Florida, with another broad area of rain to the north of the center of Andrea, now approaching Dixie County, Fla."
