How Many SCOTUS Cases Are Left to Be Decided? DOMA, Prop 8, and Sekhar

There are three SCOTUS cases left be decided this term, according to SCOTUSblog. They are Hollingsworth v. Perry (Proposition 8), United States v. Windsor (Defense of Marriage Act), and Sekhar v. United States (whether lawyer's advice can be considered property).

The Court will release these opinions Wednesday at 10 a.m. Now that the date is set, expect the grounds of the Supreme Court to be packed tomorrow. It's going to be a big day.
