Emmy Predictions Best Actress: Kerry Washington Will Win

Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama is another uber-tight race this year, evidenced by the fact that Juliana Margulies (a usual favorite) didn't even get a nod. The nominees this year are: 

Connie Britton, Nashville 

Our pundit Evan Almedia is predicting a win for Claire Danes (which would be her second in a row), but I'm going with Kerry Washington. She's had a huge year and has a tidal wave of support behind her, Scandal is a massive show, and the Emmys have already honored Danes for her Homeland role.
