Chloe Kim has the chance to be the youngest female snowboarder to win Olympic gold.
At just 17 years old, she has already made history as the first X Games athlete to win four golds before turning 18.
The Korean-American, who grew up in California, has been hitting the slopes since she was 4.
Kim was inspired to pursue the sport by her father, Kim Jong Jin.

By the time I was 6 I would blow down the mountain and be sitting at the bottom of the lift, waiting for my dad to do all of his dainty turns and come meet me.

When she’s not on the slopes, Kim shares photos of her favorite sweets and her dog, Reese, on Instagram.
Oreo even named her a spokesperson.
She’s like any other teenager — but she just happens to be one that will compete in the halfpipe at this year’s Olympics.
