In the world of modern television, reality-dating shows always have their place. Dating back to 1965, in which the Chuck Barris creation The Dating Show first aired on television, reality-dating shows have since transformed into a range of entertainment, from the relatively classy The Bachelor and The Bachelorette to the anything but that Flavor of Love and Rock of Love With Bret Michaels.
On Emily Maynard’s Season 8 of The Bachelorette, Kalon McMahon, one of the bachelors, called her child “baggage,” leading to his quick exit from the show. However, what do you think he would have say if reality television star and mother of eight Kate Gosselin replaced Maynard?
Although McMahon would most likely not audition for the show in the first place, the show is not a myth. Kate Gosselin is looking for a network to pick up her dating show, according to E! News.
Gosselin has not been on television since 2010, when she was a contestant on the hit competition show Dancing with the Stars. Previously, she starred in Kate Plus 8, a sequel of Jon & Kate Plus 8, which was cancelled in 2009 after two seasons.
Even though the show could possibly never hit the television screen, here are three possible names that would be fitting for a new reality show with Kate Gosselin:
1) Kate & A Date Plus 8
2) Can Kate’s Future Mate Manage 8?
3) Date, Kate, Date!
Weigh in: What do you think would be the ideal name for Kate Gosselin's new show?
