Here's what Native Americans have to say when they hear the name Christopher Columbus

There's a day named after him. There's a country named after him. But Christopher Columbus' name is still a punch in the chest for some people.

Viral video site Cut recently released a video featuring a game of word association. A person behind the camera asks a group of Native Americans to respond to the name "Christopher Columbus." Here's what some of them had to say. 

For some, the answer was brief — but painful. 

"Evil, pure evil."
