Anne Hathaway Shares Baby Bump Photo on Instagram — Beating Paparazzi at Their Own Game

Actress Anne Hathaway gracefully shut down the paparazzi and owned her pregnant body on Sunday when she posted an Instagram photo of herself posing in a bikini at the beach — a response to unsolicited photographers snapping unwanted pictures of her.

"So, posting a bikini pic is a little out of character for me, but just now while I was at the beach I noticed I was being photographed," she captioned the photo of herself proudly holding her pregnant belly with a glowing smile. "I figure if this kind of photo is going to be out in the world it should at least be an image that makes me happy."

She also pointed out that her Instagram picture, as opposed to the paparazzi picture that will likely be published somewhere on the internet, was taken with her consent and with a filter.

Hathaway and her husband, actor Adam Shulman, married in 2012 and hadn't officially confirmed rumors that Hathaway was pregnant until Sunday's Instagram post, the Huffington Post reported.
