Last week, the firstborn child of sassy supermodel Chrissy Teigen and sensual soul singer John Legend finally arrived. Teigen posted the baby's birth announcement on Instagram, revealing that her name is Luna Simone Stephens. The image featured pandas, a rainbow, some bamboo and the GE logo — but there was nary a human baby in sight.
At 740,000 likes and counting, thousands of commenters have chimed in to share their congratulations. Most people are writing things like "So happy for you two!" and "She's precious."
Some people, however, missed the point entirely, focusing on a slightly different aspect of the photo. "Boobies!" one person wrote. A slightly more verbose Teigen fan echoed the sentiment, writing "Nice tits," while another chimed in: "They're already bigger." The internet is a fascinating and intricately woven tapestry of human emotion!
The one drawback: Only a tiny sliver of Teigen's commenters are acknowledging that Pippa, the couple's delightful French bulldog, is in the foreground of the picture, simply looking down and waiting to be noticed, which is sad.
But anyway: Here's to Luna, aka Lulu! Here's to babies! Not a lot of millennials want them these days, but you must admit they're slightly cute.
