Nothing ruins your post-Sunday brunch glow faster than having to clean up the dried pancake batter that managed to land itself all over your kitchen.
The solution? An old (thoroughly cleaned) ketchup bottle.
Just wash out one of those condiment squeeze-bottles and pour in your pancake batter — with some help from a funnel. Then, instead of pouring the batter onto the griddle with a drippy spoon, just squeeze it out of the bottle.
