What happens when the real Kim Kardashian West is too busy to go to lunch and to the dermatologist with her bud Jonathan Cheban? He takes her doppelgänger and blogger Kamilla Osman instead, obviously.

Then fate stepped in — or, rather, the show's producers, more likely — and Cheban, a Keeping Up With The Kardashians regular, ran into the real Kardashian West with Osman in tow — and things got awkward.

"This is super awkward the fact that Jonathan would take it to this level is so bizarre to me," Kardashian West said in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip of the upcoming episode.

"Jonathan's trying to rub this in my face and make me feel some type of way, but I don't," she added. "Having two kids is a lot, and your priorities just change."

So what else can Kardashian West do except take a selfie with Osman?

The two had teased the rendezvous when they shared the now-viral Kim-ception selfie on Instagram back in March. "Jonathan can try all he wants to go and replace me but he can't," Kardashian West said.
