Watch This Girl Who Was Born Deaf Teach Her Deaf Dog Sign Language

Julia was born deaf. So was her dog, Walter. 

So she's teaching Walter sign language. 

Walter is an alumni of the Pasadena Humane Society, a nonprofit that advocates for humane treatment for animals. He's Julia's best friend, PHS wrote on Facebook.

"I remember just looking at him and and I just, I knew that he was meant to be ours," Julia's mom said in a video. "They're the same. He waits for her to finish her homework and then they're off to go play in the yard."
