The 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio are underway and thousands of athletes have gathered to compete for the gold in their respective sports — among them the U.S. women's beach volleyball team, which consists of partners Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross. The two will be one of two women's beach volleyball pairs representing the U.S. on the world stage. 

The women's beach volleyball bronze medal match is scheduled for 9 p.m. Eastern on August 12 and will livestream here, and the gold medal match is scheduled for 11 p.m. Eastern on August 12 and will livestream here.

In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter earlier this week, Walsh Jennings downplayed the health fears about Zika and concerns about disorganization at the Rio games, saying "Every Olympics has drama and it always feels very heavy and very big, but you show up and it's addressed or you just deal with it."
