Frank Ocean is proving himself to be a man who cannot deliver — and he's making a lot of boys (and girls) cry across the world.

His long-neglected fans huddled around their computers, hoping something — anything — would come from the livestream that appeared on the R&B artist's site early Monday morning. And fans got nothing — nothing but a few spray-painted boxes now sitting on the floor of his workshop.

Once it became clear the album wasn't dropping before the sun rose, fans began brandishing pitchforks on their timelines and got "Frank Ocean WYA [where you at]" trending worldwide on Twitter.

"Okay listen here Frank Ocean bitch, do you want us to listen, or no?" enraged Twitter user Jay Versace said in a Twitter video that has earned more than 52,000 retweets since its posting. "This album better not be ass. I swear to God, if this album ass, bitch I will never get in another ocean again. Frankly, I won't."

His voice was only one of a much larger choir.
