Mere hours away from Apple's keynote event and what may be the first official image of the iPhone 7 has already leaked online. Screw surprises.

Twitter user @the_malignant tweeted a photo of the alleged iPhone 7, adding that it's a "snapshot of video presentation for China's event."

The device pictured strips away the antenna bands from the back of the device — as was suspected — leaving them only along the top and bottom edges. The 3.5-millimeter headphone jack is gone and replaced with what BGR noted may be a speaker grille.

You'll have to wait until 10 a.m. Pacific to find out if this leaked image is in fact the next-gen iPhone.

Patience, darlings. Obsolescence is near.
