When is the next presidential debate? When to see the upcoming Clinton vs. Trump contests

Impact

Vice presidential candidates Tim Kaine and Mike Pence faced off on Tuesday night in the first and only vice presidential debate of the election season — but the VP showdown can sometimes feel like an undercard to the main event: Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump. So when will the presidential candidates take the debate stage next?

The two are scheduled to debate again on Sunday, Oct. 9 at Washington University in St. Louis, in a debate that will air live on most major networks from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Eastern. The town hall-style debate will be moderated by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper and ABC anchor Martha Raddatz, and will also feature questions from audience members, undecided voters chosen by the Gallup Organization.

The third and final scheduled debate is set for Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Eastern from the University of Las Vegas in Las Vegas. Fox News' Chris Wallace will moderate.
