Kim Kardashian West Robbery: 16 suspects in custody of Paris authorities
More than three months after Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint of millions of dollars worth of jewelry inside her Paris hotel room, French authorities have 16 suspects in custody for questioning, according to CNN.
The men, who impersonated police officers, reportedly tied Kardashian West up and held a gun to her head as she pleaded for her life. She was not physically harmed in the incident.
CNN reported that the suspects were picked up in a police operation in Paris, Raincy and Vincenne.
After the robbery, Kardashian West took a hiatus from social media, going radio silent on Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. She recently returned, however, posting photos of her children and husband, Kanye West.
In an upcoming promo for Keeping Up With the Kardashians — which halted filming after the robbery — Kardashian West tearfully details the robbery.
Following the incident, Kardashian West threatened to sue media outlets that claimed she faked the robbery for publicity.
