Jimmy Kimmel's wife Molly McNearney shares new photo of infant son Billy

After Jimmy Kimmel's emotional opening to his show Monday night, his wife Molly McNearney shared an adorable update on their son.

Kimmel began his show on Monday with a somber and moving retelling of the their infant son, Billy, who was born with a heart disease. 

On Tuesday, McNearny tweeted a sweet photo of Kimmel with their son. "I am thankful to love and be loved by these two brave guys. Both criers," McNearney captioned the photo. 

McNearney also tweeted following Kimmel's stirring monologue to thank fans for their love and support. 

She thanked Kimmel for giving a very eloquent recollection of the events that happened when their baby son was born:

On Tuesday, Kimmel kicked off his paternity leave. The Jimmy Kimmel Live host will be taking the rest of the week off and will have a slew of celebrities filling in for him during his time away. Will Arnett, Kristen Bell, David Spade and more will stop by to help out the host.
