The mystery of A.D. will have to wait another week. Season seven of Pretty Little Liars is taking a brief hiatus and will return to Freeform on May 23.

Episode 14 ended on a pretty surprising note — Alison discovered she was pregnant with Emily's baby and Aria seemingly joined A.D.'s team. Fans were left with plenty of questions, but the series won't be airing a new episode or even a repeat on Tuesday. Instead, the Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds romantic comedy The Proposal will air at 6:30 p.m. Eastern and run into Pretty Little Liars' normal 8 p.m. Eastern time slot. The movie will not affect fellow Freeform series Famous in Love, which will air a new episode at its normal 9 p.m. Eastern time slot.

Pretty Little Liars season seven, episode 15 details

Viewers will want to mark their calendars for May 23 when Pretty Little Liars returns. Episode 15, titled "In the Eye Abides the Heart," will find the Liars in sticky situations.

The synopsis released by Freeform teases that one Liar will begin to "supply info to the dark side in order to protect those closest to her." It's safe to assume that refers to Aria, who received an offer from A.D. in episode 14 to switch teams. But joining A.D. might not help Aria in her relationship with Ezra, since she'll be delivering him an ultimatum with regard to Nicole in episode 15.

Elsewhere, Emily will struggle with how to support Alison following the discovery that she's carrying her baby; Hanna will be on a mission to clear Lucas' name after discovering his ties to Charles/CeCe; and Spencer will reunite with Wren as she searches for Mary Drake. In addition, the Liars have to worry about Detective Furey, who seems to finally be realizing the women know a lot more about Archer Dunhill than they're letting on.
