Golden Globes Awards: Advice from Ricky Gervais

As with any major events such as birthdays, graduations and the freaking Golden Globes, advice-solicited or otherwise-is given to the hosts.  Even though Ricky Gervais, who won't be appearing at tonight's awards show manages to dole out advice for the hosts, who I'm sure have a lot on their plate right now.  For once, I agree with him.
