Silver Linings Playbook: Jennifer Lawrence

If you didn't know, I'm not too keen on Jennifer Lawrence. Congradulations are in order, but in her acceptance speech, her first line was "I beat Meryl"...not exactly classy but if Meryl Streep is level at which we measure success, then I guess I can't really fault this young starlet for letting out a little bit of steam. This is why seasoned actors and actresses know better and are gracious by far.

In any event, J-La (that's her new nickname) had won for best actress in a comedy/musical (motion picture) category. Her rivals included Meryl Streep, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.
