Obama Second Inauguration Attendance: 500,000 - 700,000 People Expected to Attend

Officials estimate that between 500,000 and 700,000 will attend Obama's second inauguration on Monday, January 21, 2013, in Washington, DC.

That would be less than half the number that attended his 2009 inauguration, when 1.8 million people gathered at the National Mall.
