Brennan Says It's Ok For Congress to Disagree As Long As They Remain Powerless to Do Anything

Brennan notes that there will be times that Congress disagrees with what the Obama administration does. He actually said that disagreement is ok, so long as it doesn't get in the way of the executive branch doing whatever it feels is necessary.

In other words, your free to dislike my policy recommendations, but ultimately it will continue to have no bearing on how we conduct business.
