State of the Union 2013 LIVE: Watch the President Set the Agenda For His Second Term

Watch for live streaming commentary as President Obama sets the agenda for hot button issues such as economics, immigration and gun control. Coming off of his inaugural address, the President will seek to book end his original platform while also cattle prodding congress to take some steps towards agreeing on major issues like the assault weapons ban.

Also stay tuned for the Republican Rebuttal by Marco Rubio. The rebuttal has  caused some consternation in the past with Michelle Bachman and Bobby Jindal being jeered for appearing less than stately in their demeanor and word choice.
