Obama 2013: How Will He Address the Deficit?

Obama: The Sequester is going to ruin us. 

If both parties cannot come to an agreement on this, economists predict GDP will be negatively impacted 0.6%. Obama is bringing up spending cuts as part of a "balanced approach" to trimming deficit. He is clearly appealing to both sides of the aisle as he must.

Obama, "Why would we make deeper cuts to education and Medicaid but still protect special loopholes?...That doesn't lead to growth."

Starting to hit on tax reform, but nothing precise yet.
