State of the Union: Cleaner Energy

POTUS : if congress won't pass a climate bill, he will issue an executive order. Hopefully, this provide the impetus of what's expected by the American people. He points to how countries such as China and Germany are leading the way in solar energy because the gov't has decided that clean energy is one of their national policies.

President Obama addresses business end to improve infrastructure and hire individuals to repave our roads. He sounds really enthusiastic and touting job creation, left and right. He's trying to figure out what's holding us back and offering streamlining process.
