SOTU 2013: President Obama's Tone

President Obama's overall tone at this State of the Union is "let's do things that just make sense."  This is a friendlier tone.  His language is very easy to understand.  He's sort of pinning things on people who wrote bills on issues that they now attack for political purposes.
