The president touched briefly on the housing market, which is still more attention that he gave it during the campaign season. However, he didn't say much. Acknowledging the gains in the housing market is not addressing the problem. His only solution was for passing a refinance plan to help homeowners save money. That is great, but won't solve the foreclosure crisis or revamp his failed projects of his first term.
