Rubio is Done

Aside from that awful water bottle moment, Rubio's speech wasn't bad. Lots of attacking of Obama, accusing him of attacking Republicans and free enterprise, using words like "he acuses," "he criticizes," the president "loves to blame," etc. He started by praising the system and noting he was a product of it, then spent the rest of the speech trashing it.

I expected a little more war of ideas rhetoric but instead it came off as a touch more personal. Delivery was good but the content seemed petty at times.

Senator Rand Paul is coming up next, with the Tea Party response.
