Seventh-hour observations

Rand's speaking more slowly. His pauses are getting longer. He's throwing out "gobbledy-gook" and "you-know-what." I think he is slowly realizing all the senators that wanted to ask him questions in support have gone home for the night. Will he be allowed to have some dinner on the Senate floor? Probably against the rules.
