Rand Paul Filibuster Ends: Senator Spoke For Nearly 13 Hours

Rand Paul has ended his filibuster and Dick Durbin has introduced a cloture motion to end debate on the nomination of John Brennan to the post of CIA director. A cloture motion requires a 60 vote majority. The cloture vote will be held on Thursday morning and the Senate will adjourn until 10 AM on Thursday morning. 

The filibuster lasted just under 13 hours.
