Sean Lowe Says Goodbye to Lindsay Yenter On 'The Bachelor'

Culture

Lindsay Yenter scurried away after Sean Lowe said on The Bachelor finale that he had not chosen her to marry.

"This is my nightmare. I really didn't see this coming," Yenter said.

Then she took out her shoes and ran off.

I felt bad for the girl, especially since she seemed so sure that he'd selected her. She also looked pretty mad when he said goodbye and tried to assure her that she meant a lot to him. I would be livid too.

I feel for her, but it seems like it never even crossed her mind that he might not have wanted to marry her. Be prepared for the worst, lady. I hate to say it, but that's not a terrible way to go through life! That way, the good times seem that much better.

Neverthless, she said she felt like an "idiot" afterward and cried in the limo.

"I fell for it, thinking that he would propose and then just break up with me," she said. "Please just don't give me exactly what I've always wanted. It's not fair ... Why? I just did not want to be hurt this way. This is so sad I just want to grow old with somebody and have a family. I don't want to be alone." Well luckily, you're only 24...

Life isn't fair.

OK, I'm busting out the Nutella, and I wasn't even on her team!
