YouTube Jessica Sanchez National Anthem White House 2013 Easter Egg Roll: Watch the Video

American Idol runner up Jessica Sanchez performed the national anthem at the 2013 White House Easter Egg Roll. Sanchez, who, despite possessing a superior vocal range, lost to WGWG (White Guy With Guitar) Phil Phillips during the show's 11th season, stood next to President Barack Obama while singing the Star Spangled Banner. First Lady Michelle Obama, the first daughters and even the Easter Bunny were also present. Sanchez, who last year also vowed the audience with her rendition of the anthem at the 2012 NBA Finals, is expected to have a bright star in music despite the controversial American Idol decision.
