Tuesday will see a clash of European soccer giants in the Champions League quaterfinals as Germany's top team, Bayern Munich, hosts Italian side Juventus, which is on a 18-game UEFA win streak.

Bayern is streaking-hot heading into the match-up. In Germany, they are all but assured of capping a record-breaking season with the Bundesliga title after thrashing rival Hamburger SV 9-2 on Saturday. The Bavarians need just two more points in league play to get the Bundesliga crown, their 23rd league title.

For the quaterfinal showdown, Bayern could welcome back Jerome Boateng and Bastian Schweinsteiger, who both missed the 2-0 second-leg defeat to Arsenal last month (a match-up which Bayern won on the away-goals rule).

Bayern won 4-1 in Turin when the teams last met in the 2009-10 season

Juventus is unbeaten in 18 games in UEFA club competition, including qualifying, and has won all five of its European quarterfinals against German opponents. They are on track to win the Italian Serie A league.

Juventus could be without striker Sebastian Giovinco for the trip to Munich after he suffered an ankle knock during Saturday's win.

Mirko Vucinic is still recovering from flu, meaning Fabio Quagliarella and Alessandro Matri are likely to be paired in attack once again.
