Alex Jones and Company Send Idiotic Tweets After Boston Marathon Terrorist Attack
There are some people on Twitter, on both sides of the ideological divide, that are just plain unhinged. In the aftermath of what appears to be a terrorist attack, the details are still being sorted out. Nevertheless, as the rest of the country sends their thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families, some – in the Twitterverse – couldn't resist playing politics with this tragic event – and no ideology is safe. Here are some of the worst offenders.
We have former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney insinuating that the Boston Police Department is involved with this attack.

New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof decided to take this tragedy to slam Republicans for blocking a new director to head the corrupt ATF.
Granted, after being slammed for his insensitivity, he deleted the tweet and somewhat apologized

On the right, we have the inimitable Alex Jones, who see false flag operations everywhere, commenting how this attack "stink to high heaven." To give some context, Alex Jones went on the Howard Stern Show last February, where he talked about how aquatic life were becoming bi-sexual/gay – and how shrimp were committing suicide. I'm not making this up. He also felt that Seal Team Six, the guys who heroically made Osama bin Laden history, are being systematically killed off. Oh, and we killed bin Laden before 2011. He was kept frozen at Dover Air Force base:

What's even more disconcerting is that these tweets, as of yesterday, had 744 retweets combined.
Left-wing commentator Cenk Uygur of the Young Turks had this tasteful piece of commentary.

I'm a die-hard conservative Republican, who is proudly partisan, but in times of national tragedy – it's time we all chill out from politics. It's the respectful thing to do. As for the people, safe for Pat Dollard [whose tweet I didn't find objectionable, or racist] who tweeted the racist drivel described by PolicyMic colleague Elizabeth Plank, you're not helping anyone.
