Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's Father Warns That Second Son's Death Would Make "All Hell Break Loose"

Police continue to keep Boston on lockdown as they search for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the suspected bomber in the Boston Marathon shootings. After the shootout with his brother and other suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, killed this morning, many officials are reporting that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may have a suicide vest or other lethal device.  However, Anzor Tsarnaev, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s father, spoke to ABC News from Russia, calling on his son to surrender and return home to Russia. 

"Give up. Give up. You have a bright future ahead of you. Come home to Russia," the father said.

Anzor Tsarnaev lives in Makhachkala, the capital of Republic of Dagestan. 

However, Anzor Tsarnaey had a very different message for the United States, and the Boston police.

"If they killed him, then all hell would break loose,” he again told ABC. 

"If they kill my second child, I will know that it is an inside job, a hit job. The police are to blame … Someone, some organization is out to get them."

This information comes as part of an influx of information about the two suspects, particularly from family members.

The suspects’ uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, described Tamerlan Tsarnaev as a “loser,” and said Tsarnaev called him only few hours before he was killed to ask for his forgiveness. Tsarni says that this was the first time in two years in which they had spoken, as they had many personality conflicts. Tsarni emphasized that he has respect and love for America, and regarding the suspects, that "I just wanted my family [to] be away from them."

This is quite a contrast from Anzor Tsarnaev’s description of his younger son, who he somewhat incongruously describes as a second year medical student, unusual for a 19-year-old: "My son is a true angel ... He is such an intelligent boy. We expected him to come on holidays here." 

It seems that the two suspects had complicated family relationships. Yet still no information can truly be connected to a motivation for the atrocity that was the Boston Marathon bombings.
