BuzzFeed reports that @j_tsar is the Twitter handle of one of the Boston Marathon Bombing suspects, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, according to a high school classmate of the teenage bomber, who scrambled away from police officials Thursday night as his brother and accomplice Tamerlan was killed by authorities.
