LIVESTREAM Boston Marathon Suspect Captured

Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, the second suspect in the boston marathon bombings has been captured. Reportedly, a neighbor noticed a trail of blood that helped tip off law enforcement. Tsarnaev tried to take refuge in a boat and when confronted by police, they exchanged gunfire, and he reportedly tried to set the boat on fire. Officers fired flash bangs. He is injured and will be taken to a local hospital. A crowd cheered on law enforcement after it was all over.
