Andrew Wiggins, a 6-8 Canadian forward sensation, will be choosing between four programs with little TV-centered theatrics. Florida State, Kentucky, Kansas, and North Carolina — all programs with national championship prospects in the 2013-2014 season — will hope to sway the phenom who has been compared to some of the greatest players in basketball.

"This kid is even better than advertised when you see him in person," college basketball analyst Dick Vitale of Wiggins, to USA Today. "He fits into the category of LeBron James as a high school player we've never seen before because of his explosiveness."

Wiggins will make the epic announcement at 12:15 p.m. EST at his school, the basketball mega academt Huntington (W. Va.) Prep, with friends, classmates, family and just one local reporter on site to relay the information once Wiggins makes his choice.
