Markets Respond to Fed Report

After a stable start to the day, the Dow has dropped 60 points (.42%) in the last few minutes [as of 2:08PM EST]. The S&P 500 is also down. The markets remain, though, near record highs. 

The 10-year treasury note yield is up to 2.272%,  a 0.087% rise for today.
