J-Kidd's first pick as a head coach. If Plumlee continues to improve his low post game he could end up as an All-Star in this league, much like his front court partner in crime, Brook Lopez. The Nets may shake up the roster this off-season, which means Lopez and Plumlee could be their building blocks for the future.
