Group Chanting 'Free Jahar' Shows Up Outside The Courthouse

Terrorists are not the only people who would support Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

This week, when the suspect’s motorcade approached the courthouse, Dzhokhar was met with a group of demonstrator chanting ‘free Jahar’, claiming that he is innocent and that the accusations against him are a product of a government conspiracy. 

In any situation, there will always appear a group of skeptics that go against the grain and show up and protest their alternative views so the presence of this group at the courthouse is unsurprising.

One demonstrator even came all the way across the country just to show her support for the suspect.

“I just think so many of his rights were violated,”  Washington resident Lacey Buckley, 23, said. “They almost murdered an unarmed kid in a boat.”

Though this view on the Boston bombing suspect is not the norm, it may be more widespread than you think. As expected, the #FreeJahar hashtag has blown up on Twitter as people on both sides of the argument get emotional about their stances.
