DC Shooting Video: Air Lift Scene At Navy Yard

This footage shows an individual being airlifted from a roof at the U.S. Navy Yard in Washington, DC by a Park Police helicopter. At least one airlifted victim was taken from the Naval Yard roof via helicopter to Washington MedStar Hospital.

DC Police Chief said said police received the first call reporting the shooting shortly after 8.15am. A police team was deployed "within 7 minutes of the first call coming in," Lanier said.
