George Zimmerman's Town Takes Guns Out of Neighborhood WatchesSanford, Fla., where where neighborhood watch leader George Zimmerman shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, has now banned neighborhood watch volunteers from carrying firearms or pursuing those they deem suspicious.

The city has instituted the new rules in order to prevent a similar incident from occurring. They will be released at a community meeting on Nov. 5.
